You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update it as needed. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly at support@getbestform.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for Bestform or other users, or are used in a fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive manner.

The Services may provide health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, supplement, habit, and lifestyle information. This information is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.

Always consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, nutrition, exercise, weight-loss, GLP-1-related, or wellness program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have questions about whether a product or program is right for you.

Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Bestform products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.

The Services may include AI-powered features, including the YVE chatbot. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it.

Do not use YVE or other AI-powered features for emergencies, urgent medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call emergency services or contact a qualified professional immediately.

You are responsible for the information you provide to YVE. Please do not submit information that you do not have the right to share or that you do not want processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, subscription options, shipping estimates, and other ecommerce information may change without notice. We try to be accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse orders where permitted by law.

When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes, shipping, handling, discounts, and other charges shown at checkout.

A confirmation email or order number does not mean that we have accepted your order. We may limit, reject, cancel, or refund orders for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory issues, payment problems, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

Some products may be offered as subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize Bestform and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel or the subscription ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account, through the subscription management tools we provide, or by contacting support. To avoid a renewal charge, you must cancel before the next renewal order is processed. Subscription pricing, discounts, products, and benefits may change, but we will provide notice where required by law.

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, request updated payment information, pause fulfillment, or cancel the subscription. You remain responsible for charges that have already been processed or shipped before cancellation.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products may pass to you when the products are transferred to the carrier, subject to applicable law.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and money-back guarantees are handled according to the policy or offer displayed at the time of purchase or otherwise provided by Bestform. We may require proof of purchase, account verification, product return, or other information before processing a return or refund.

We reserve the right to deny or limit returns, refunds, or promotional offers in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms.

You may be able to submit, upload, post, send, or otherwise provide content through the Services, including reviews, messages, photos, progress information, chatbot prompts, survey responses, and feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license below.

By providing User Content, you grant Bestform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from that User Content as needed to operate, provide, improve, market, and protect the Services and Bestform's business, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide your User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any person, violate law, or include content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise harmful. We may remove or restrict User Content at any time.

You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates law, infringes rights, interferes with the Services, harms Bestform or others, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks.

You may not scrape, crawl, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the Services except as permitted by law. You may not use the Services to transmit malware, spam, fraudulent content, deceptive offers, or content that is abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not use Bestform products, offers, discounts, subscriptions, or accounts for unauthorized resale, arbitrage, fraud, or other commercial misuse without our written permission.

The Services, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, interfaces, software, code, icons, trademarks, trade names, product names, logos, and other content, are owned by Bestform or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Bestform grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Bestform, YVE, and related names, logos, product names, and designs are trademarks or trade dress of Bestform or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

The Services may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party websites, apps, platforms, processors, carriers, analytics tools, app stores, AI services, ecommerce providers, payment providers, or other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, not these Terms.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, products, practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may require you to accept separate terms.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Promotions, discounts, referral programs, rewards, bundles, and other offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, limitations, expiration dates, and exclusions. We may modify, suspend, or terminate offers at any time unless prohibited by law.

Offers are not transferable and may not be combined unless expressly stated. We may revoke offers or account credits obtained through fraud, error, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

By providing contact information, you agree that Bestform may contact you about your account, orders, subscriptions, support requests, security, policy updates, and other transactional matters. If you opt in to marketing communications, we may also send promotional messages, subject to applicable law.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent where necessary to provide the Services.

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. BESTFORM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME, OR THAT ANY PRODUCT, INFORMATION, RECOMMENDATION, OR OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BESTFORM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, PERSONAL INJURY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BESTFORM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BESTFORM FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bestform and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the Services in a way that may harm Bestform, other users, or third parties.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections relating to intellectual property, User Content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and payment obligations incurred before termination.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and update the date shown on this page.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
